Cancellation, Refund & Returns Policy

1 to 1 Coaching programs:
These programs
 are a 12 month commitment with the option to renew. Many clients stay for two or more years because they achieve outstanding results and are happy to continue to achieve the next level. If you do not achieve reasonable results at any time in the 12 months you or your Coach may elect to terminate this agreement at any time upon thirty days’ notice in writing. Coaching fees must be paid in full to your end of coaching termination date. This is required after the first month that you commence the program.

Group Coaching Program:
We provide a full money back guarantee for Group Coaching Programs within the first 30 Days.

If in your first month, you attend the online and live workshops, participate fully in the training and are not completely satisfied you will be refunded the whole amount of the Group Coaching fees you have paid. You must provide written documentation of your dissatisfaction within the first 30 days of the commencement of the program. Money will be refunded within five (5) working days where practicable. If you continue on the program but are unable to attend the workshops for any reason, you will be supplied with an online link to recordings of the content and any templates and resource materials used in the workshop.

Single Workshops, Seminars and Training:
We provide a full money back guarantee for all single workshops, seminars and training. If you attend the workshop, seminar or training, participate fully but are not completely satisfied you will be refunded the whole amount of the fee that you have paid.  You must provide written documentation of your dissatisfaction within 24 hours of attending the workshop, seminar or training. Money will be refunded within five (5) working days where practicable. If you are unable to attend the workshop for any reason, we require 24 hours’ notice for a full refund.

Cancellation of a Workshop or Seminar:
If in the unfortunate event that we have to cancel a workshop for which you have paid you will receive a full refund of money paid or you will be offered a substitute workshop on another date.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a Thirty (30) day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. If the goods have been damaged in transit, please contact us  for replacement.

Please email us  within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit  therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
